SCHEDULING & PRICING

Session Rates. The base day rates are not reflected by an hourly rate, but rather a fixed amount to compensate for work leading up to and included in the day, such as consultation, drawing time, set-up and stencil time, disposable supplies, tattoo application, healing bandage application, clean-up, etc.

End Times. Estimates for end times are listed, but please do not make immediate plans after your appointment. Various factors can cause delays, or extra time may be needed for photos, any of which can push the end time back. We want to make sure your session is given the designated amount of time and proper care without rushing you out the door!

Availability. Tuesdays, Thursdays-Saturdays.

FULL DAY SESSION

12 PM ~ 8 PM

Session Price: $1,500

Retainer Fee: $400

Included in the Full Day:

Drawing time, prep and stencil time, healing bandage application, etc.
6-7 hours of tattooing (ends at 7:30 PM)
30 minute meal break around 4 PM

Additional hours to the base day rate by request: $220/hour

PRE-DRAWN DESIGNS

A design flat rate may be offered to Pre-Drawn Designs that can be completed in one 4-5 hour session (typically, ranging 5-7 inches in size), falling between the Half Day and Full Day rates.

Pre-Drawn Designs are designs I have drawn from my own idea and posted for availability. Flat rates are not offered for custom ideas.

Large-scale Pre-Drawn Designs (7 inches or more) are charged by session/day rates. Please inquire for a specific design for more info!

TRAVEL RATES

Appointments outside of Newport Beach, CA may have higher rates to help offset some of the expenses associated with travel, in addition to out-of-state licensing fees, shop fees, convention booth fees, etc.

Day rates for out-of-state appointments will be adjusted depending on the circumstances of travel (convention or guest spot). Specifics will be given for each travel date.

RETAINER FEES

Retainers. These payments, sometimes referred to as deposits, are paid when scheduling the initial appointment to reserve the appointment date and guarantee partial artist compensation for the scheduled day and/or drawing time in the event of cancellation. Without cancellation, the retainer will be held over multiple sessions and credited to the final session of the tattoo. Retainers/deposits are non-refundable.

SCENARIO A

You book a forearm tattoo which needs at least: *

One Full Day

Retainer for Full Day: $400 due at time of booking

Session 1 (Full Day): $1500 - $400 retainer = $1,100 due at Session 1

Total Paid: $1,500

Two Half Days

Retainer for Half Day: $200 due at the time of booking

Session 1 (Half Day) $800 due at Session 1

Session 2 (Half Day) $800 - $200 retainer = $600 due at Session 2

Total Paid: $1,600

* These scenarios are to provide examples of how a retainer/deposit cycle may run. Since each tattoo varies and may need additional session(s), these examples do not always reflect how much a tattoo will cost in total.

SCENARIO B

You book a full front thigh tattoo which needs at least: *

One Full Day + One Half Day

Retainer for Full Day: $400 due at time of booking

Session 1 (Full Day): $1,500 due at Session 1

Session 2 (Half Day): $800 - $400 retainer = $600 due at Session 2

Total Paid: $2,300

Three Half Days

Retainer for Half Day: $200 due at time of booking

Session 1 (Half Day): $800 due at Session 1

Session 2 (Half Day): $800 due at Session 2

Session 3 (Half Day): $800 - $200 retainer - $600 due at Session 3
